A personalised training program to meet your goals. Each 45-minute personal training session can be customised to give you consistency and progression or variety and challenge.

An ideal program for small group of up to 4 people. These high energy 45-minute sessions will give you the mix of a semi-personalised workout with group energy.

Large Group Fitness
Large Group Training

A high energy circuit training  class for large groups of up to 10 participants. Get 60-minutes of full body, high intensity workouts and enjoy being part of the group.
